Psalm
One hundred and fifty prayers, and a fair number of them are complaints. The Psalms are where the Bible stops being careful about suffering and tells God exactly what it feels like. The readings here lean toward the psalms of waiting: commit your way and wait patiently, entrust him with your life, take shelter until the trouble has passed over.
