Praise Him for the Good
As another year approaches, we are reminded of everything the Lord has already done in the lives of His people. Sometimes it can be hard to look past the trials and tragedies to see the good He has done. In this world, we experience heartache every year, whether it is the loss of a loved one, an unwanted diagnosis, or a lost job. However, through every hard time, good can be found. And He loves to shower His people with His goodness! You can find the good in a kind word or deed, time with family, or celebrating a lost soul’s return to Christ.
So look for the good and praise Him this year for all He has already done. Be thankful for the air you breathe, and bless His name as we enter another year.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for all you have done for me. You showered me with your goodness as you carried me through the tragedies. You are a good, good father and worthy of my praise. Amen.
