No reason needed, and you will not be asked for one. It takes one form and it is done in a minute.
The quickest way is in the letter itself
Every reading I send has a line at the bottom with a link that takes you off. It works the moment you press it, it already knows which address is yours, and you do not have to type anything. If you still have one of them, use that and close this page.
The form below is for when you have deleted them all, or somebody forwarded one to you, or the address you want removed is not the one you are reading on.
What happens when you do
- Every list, not one Over the years the readers have been split into a great many groups, and an address can sit in several of them. It comes out of all of them at once, which is the only version of this that actually works.
- And it stays out Your address goes on a short list of people who asked not to be written to, kept here on the site. That is the only way I can promise nothing puts you back by accident. It is used for that and for nothing else.
- One more may arrive If tomorrow morning has already been handed to the mail servers, it will still land. That one is the last.
If something here was wrong, I would rather know.
You do not owe me an explanation and this is not a way of asking for one. But if you are going because a reading said something it should not have, or because it was arriving too often, that is the kind of thing I can only fix if somebody tells me.
