His Perfect Love
God’s love for us reaches to the heavens. John 3:16 reminds us that God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son up for those who believe. They will not perish, but instead of everlasting life. This verse also tells us that by making Christ sin, He made us right with Him through His Son.
Bask in His love! Know that He sacrificed His Son for your love. Are you living in the past with your past sins? Know that Christ died for every sin you have already committed and for every sin you will commit. You do not have to live in the shame of those sins, but the freedom of His love.
A Prayer to Remember
Dear Lord,
May I learn to live in the freedom of your love and not feel oppressed by my sin anymore. You came to set me free. Amen.
