God purchased you when He sent His Son to die on the cross, so you should understand that you are not your own. It is similar to being a parent. When you have a child, you
Are no longer responsible for yourself, but you are now in charge of taking care of you and a child. You make sure they have what they need and that you show them love. When the Spirit lives inside of you, you no longer make decisions based on you, but you consider the Lord and what would please Him.
Take some time today to really consider how you are honoring God with your body. Are you treating it as though it is worthless or do you view it as the beautiful temple of the Lord? Are you filling your mind and body with the things that will please the Lord? Know that He will honor and bless you when you begin to see yourself as the temple of God, belonging to God.

Dear Lord,
Thank you for your salvation that bought and paid the price I was supposed to pay. You paid such a high price with your Son. May I bring you honor and praise all of my days. Amen.
